Investors, partners and candidates receive confidential information about MiMir. By registering you agree to:

• Protect it with the same care you use for your own confidential material
• Use it only for the business purpose it was shared for
• Share it only with people who need to know
• Not use it to develop a competing product

The agreement is governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
